Intervention1: ultrasound-guided PENG BLOCK: with 15 ml 0.5% bupivacaine and 15 ml 2% lidocaine. Control Intervention1: obturator block: 1% lidocaine, maximum 10 ml on one side

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I to III 2. Both gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients refusal 2. abnormal coagulation profile 3.neurological deficit 4. failed subarachnoid block
