Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low Anal Fistula (With Patent Tract Having Primary Opening Below Dentate Line) Irrespective Of Gender, Occupation , Religion Patients Clinically Diagnosed By Bhagandar Patients With Duration Of Complaints Less Than 6 Months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High Anal Fistula And Complex Fistula Horse Shoe Fistula Patient Who Were Contra Indicated For Ksharsutra Insertion Known Cases Of Diabetes Mellitus , Tuberculosis, HIV, Hbsag Known Cases Of Ulcerative Colitis, Chrohnâ??s Disease , Ano Rectal And Other Malignancy Known Case Of Covid 19 Fistula Other Than Ano Rectal Fistula
