Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Patient between the age of 16-60 years. � Patient with classical picture of Ardhavabhedaka. � Patients which fall under the diagnostic criteria. � Patient willing to be registered for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ââ?¬Â¢ Patient age Ã?â??16 and Ã?Æ?60 years. ââ?¬Â¢ Referred pain in one half of the head due to disorder of eye, ear, nose, throat, teeth will be excluded. ââ?¬Â¢ Patient having migraine with aura, familial hemiplegic migraine, complicated migraine and other neurological disorders. ââ?¬Â¢ Patient suffering from diabetes, tuberculosis, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, malignancy, and or any other general debilitating health conditions. ââ?¬Â¢ Patient who needs surgical intervention. ââ?¬Â¢ Patient not willing to be registered for study. ââ?¬Â¢ Pregnant and lactating women.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that at the end of study, scholar will be able to evaluate the effect of Marma Chikitsa in the management of Ardhavabhedaka (Migraine). Frequency, severity and duration of headache will be reduced.Timepoint: after 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that at the end of study, scholar will be able to evaluate the effect of Marma Chikitsa in the management of Ardhavabhedaka (Migraine). nausea, vomiting, phonophobia, photophobia, vertigo will be reduced.Timepoint: after 4 weeks
