Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged above 18 years of ASA grade 1 and 2 for proximal femur and hip surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for spinal anaesthesia Allergy to local anaesthetic Severe cardiopulmonary disease On chronic opioid treatment
