Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes Suffering with Non Specific Low Back Pain for atleast 3 months Athletes who report low back pain on long distance running activity as well as activities of daily living Weekly 30kms of run mandatory Atleast 1 marathon event last year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Limb Length Discrepancy Injury during last 6 months Dont invovle aerobic training at least 2 times a week Chronic injuries which are not completely rehabilitated Other Medical Conditions like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, metabolic deficits. Low Running Mileage - less than 30kms per week
