Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults >18years old. 2. Ca pyriform fossa , BM(expected nutritional limitation) 3. Any patient undergoing any head and neck surgical procedure ,other than thyroid and parotid surgeries under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those in the age group 2. Patients undergoing any surgical procedures other than head and neck surgical procedures. 3.Thyroid and parotid surgery
