Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary cases of Chronic Dacryocystitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute Dacryocystitis 2. Congenital NLDO 3. Previously operated external DCR. 4. Any nasal pathology( chronic sinusitis, Deviated nasal septum, turbinate hypertrophy, any nasal mass/nasal polyp) 5. Patients with lacrimal sac tumours 6. Patients on anticoagulants/with bleeding disorders.

Number of surgical complications in both the groups.Timepoint: 3 months
