Yogaraj Guggul: 480 ml for consecutive 8 days and

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having symptoms of Janu Sandhigat Vat will be taken as a subject for the study viz.SandhiShoola, Sandhi Shoth, Sandhi Graha, Vatpurna Druti Sparsha 2. Gender: Patients of both Male and Female gender will be included in the study 3. Age: Patients between the age 45 years to 70 years will be considered for the study 4. Basti Arha patients will be included. 5. Patients who can answer the questionnaire will be included 6. Patients who will issue the written consent will be included in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with joint deformities not related with Janu Sandhi and diseases like Vatrakta, Amvat, Fracture of knee joint will be excluded. 2. Patients with cancer, SLE, neurological disorders,paralysis, etc. will be excluded 3. Patients with the age group less than 45 years and more than 70years will be excluded 4. Patients who are not fit for Basti (Basti Anarha) will be excluded 5. Patients who cannot answer the questionnaire will be excluded 6. Patients who will not issue written consent will be excluded
