Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 years and above Both sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children less than 18 years of age 2)Pathological fractures 3)Patients with grade IIIC injuries according to Modified Gustillo Anderson Classification 4)Patient having ipsilateral fracture dislocation of hip joint and or any contralateral limb fracture 5)Patient not fit for surgery 6)Patient not willing for surgery
