Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All neonates admitted to NICU. Informed consent from mother/family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Surgical/chromosomal abnormalities. Culture negative sepsis Neonates with necrotizing enterocolitis prior to infection. Neonates requiring gastrointestinal surgeries. No informed consent given.
