Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=18 years 2. Patients on PPI therapy for APD along with comorbidities which include endocrinological, neurological, gynaecological, cardiovascular, chronic infectious diseases, orthopedics and renal comorbidities 3. Patients with at least two visits to the clinic after the baseline visit will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete records of the patients (i.e., records not fulfilling the abovementioned inclusion criteria) will be excluded

To analyze the drug utilization pattern of PPIs along with clinical profile of APD patients with co-morbiditiesTimepoint: At baseline visit only

MeasureTime frame
1. Assessment of patient adherence 2. Prescription patterns of pantoprazole 3. Subgroup analysis of patients taking high dose of PPIsTimepoint: 1. The first outcome will be assessed at the end of the study, i.e., 12 months from the baseline 2. Second and Third outcomes will be assessed at the baseline visit only
