Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed consent 2.Patient with sign and symptoms of Vyanga By Acharya Sushuruth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: WithpresenthistoryofchronicdiseasesofskinlikePsoriasis, Vitiligo,Dermatitisetc. Patients known case of genetic skin disorder, chronic systemic diseases, Sexually Transmitted Disease, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, anyblood disorders or any organ failure.

Decrease in the grade of MSI score of Melasma. Relief in subjective criteria Varna(Colour), Akriti(Size), Texture of lesion(roughness,softness), Distribution of patches/pattern of patches. Timepoint: 1 year	—
