Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with forward head posture having Craniovertebral angle (CVA) 2. No contraindication for exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of congenital deformities of cervical and thoracic region 2.History of psychiatric condition 3.History of osteoporosis 4.History of recent injuries or fractures 5.History of any inflammatory joint disorder, infectious or malignant diseases, vascular disorders, neurological disorders and acute or chronic respiratory disease 6.Presence of open wound/s in the area being treated 7.History of surgery in past 6 months 8.Any condition that can hinder the participation of the individual.
