Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia as per ICD-10 diagnostic criteria, diagnosed by a consultant psychiatrist. Patients who are in a stable period of illness i.e. no change in medications for the last 3 months and CGI- S scores that come in the normal to moderate range. Age range: 18-60 years. Patients who can read, write and speak Kannada or English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any other major psychiatric disorder. Patients with history of substance use disorder excluding Tobacco Dependence Syndrome. Patients with major medical/ neurological illnesses Patient with history of sensory or physical impairments which may interfere with assessments. Patients with history of intellectual impairment assessed clinically. Patients with history of organic mental disorder.
