Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.all the patients who are diagnosed as NON ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISEASE by USG[grade 2,3], fibro scan, biopsy 2.patients with age 18 to 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of excessive alcohol consumption{Excessive alcohol intake is defined as more than 2 drinks per day for men or 1 drink per day for women in the past 12 months,one drink is defined as having 10g of ethanol and , thus , is equivalent to one can of beer,4 ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces { one shot} of distilled spirits}[2] 2.Patients with hepatitis B, hepatitis C infection. 3.Patients with acute or chronic liver disease of any etiology. 4.Patients with history of following drug intake Anti viral agents, Anti tuberculous agents ,Amiodarone, Valproic acid ,Methotrexate, Tetracycline, Tamoxifen 5.Type 2 diabetes patients on insulin therapy 6.sulphonyl urea intoxication 7.Patients with Insulinoma 8.Patients with chronic kidney disease 9.Patients with Insulin-like growth factor secreting tumor
