Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with active knee extension angle more than 20 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having active knee extension angle less than 20 degree Participants having previous history of hamstring strain or injury Participants having history of surgery of low back, hip, knee and ankle Participants having history of low back pain in past 3 months Participants having musculoskeletal and neurological pathology of back and lower limb
