Intervention1: vamana karma: All the patients will be treated in IPD up to main treatment period.i.e.10 days On the day of admission all the patients will be given Abhya?ga (30 minutes) with Tila tail

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient between the ages of 18 to 60 years. 2. Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients contraindicated for Vamana Karma. (2) Patients having status asthmatics and severe exacerbation of asthma. (3) Pregnancy and lactating mother. (4) Patients with associated disease like hypertension. cardiovascular disorder, cancer, diabetes mellitus, AIDS, kidney and liver disorder and any other clinical condition which is fatal to the patient (5) If patient is taking any conventional medication it will be excluded.
