Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: â??For cases : 1.Primigravida 2.Singleton pregnancy 3.Gestational age >30 weeks 4.New onset of hypertension having systolic BP >=140 mmHg and diastolic BP >=90 mmHg 5.Proteinuria >300mg/dl For control : 1.Primigravida 2.Age and gestational age matched subjects 3.Clinically normal and healthy pregnant subjects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic hypertension, coronary heart disease, kidney disorder, diabetes, thyroid disease or immunotherapy.
