Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects of 50-80 years of age 2. subjects with either gender 3 subjects who have undergone total knee replacement 4. subjects who are returning home after hospital discharge 5. subjects having smartphones with high speed internet services 6. subjects who have ability to understand and accept the trial procedures and to sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.subjects with sensory or cognitive impairment 2. subjects who had major post operative complications 3. subjects with mental health issues 4. subjects who have undergone lower limb surgeries within 4 months and unable to mobilize independently 5. subjects who underwent revision total knee replacement 6. subjects with hearing and vision loss 7. subjects with any previous neurological conditions like stroke 8. subjects who are unable to use smartphones independently 9. subjects not willing to participate
