Inclusion criteria: All asymptomatic, symptomatic, mild and mild to moderate patients either rtpcr positive or ct chest covid viral pneumonia confirmed or both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Moderate and severe covid 19 cases Transgender Spo2 below 80 Bp below 80/60 Bp above 160/100 Rr above 40 Pregnancy Lactation IDDM Known cardiac patients Underwent capg Mucormycosis
