Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. All the patients aged more than 18 years; B. All the patients with performance status of 0â??3 on the (ECOG performance status) scale; C. All the patients newly diagnosed with breast cancer (all stages); D. All the patients who understands Hindi/English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Age below 18 years B. All the patients on ongoing palliative care/ or on Best supportive care; C. Presence of dementia, agitation, or delirium or mental disorder D. Terminally ill patients with PS greater than 3; E. Patients not consenting for the study; F. Patients on prior treatment for breast cancer; G. Patients unable to read & write (Hindi/English).
