Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals working for more than 6 hours at night for more than 4 consecutive nights per week and working for more than 3 months in night shift pattern.Individuals working between 8pm to 6am.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from any disease or disorder, K/C/O Hypertension,Diabetes mellitus,Thyroid.Persons suffering from Insomnia,Sleep disorders under treatment,depression,Anaemia,Tuberculosis,Skin diseases,Rheumatoid arthritis,URTI,LRTI etc. Individuals getting sleep for few hours at night.Persons using sleep medicines(sedatives)will also be excluded from study.

To measure Kriya Sharir attributes (physiological parameters) in individuals working in night shift.Timepoint: 3 days

MeasureTime frame
1)To study the effects of Ratraujagran on inflammatory biomarkers C-Reactive protein and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate in individuals working in night shift. 2)To inform the importance of sleep and to advice the DOs and Donts of sleep to patients according to Ayurvedic principles.Timepoint: 3 days
