Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patient undergoing general anaesthesia with supraglottic airway device electively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pediatric ,age above 60 years , pregnancy , patient with known case of APD , Use of supraglottic airway as a rescue procedure and recent URTI in last two weeks
