Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with signed informed consent 2) patients without any systamic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)those under other medication or using any other medicine during the study period 2) pregnant or lactating women 3) malignancy cases 4) recent major surgery 5)immunocompromised cases 6) patients requiring emergency medical care 7) patients who have participated in other research study in last 6 months

1)To compare the effects of natrum mur,ignatia,sepia,graphites in mental symptoms of cases of acute dermatitis with the help of SCORAD scale. 2)To assess the effects of nat mur, ignatia, sepia, graphites in treatment of acute dermatitis. 3)To assess the changes seen in the mental state of patients after the prescription of nat mur,sepia,ignatia,graphites. 4) To assess the improvement in condition of acute dermatitis.Timepoint: 1)SCORAD on day 1 2)And again after 1 month.
