Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with bmi moe than 37.5 Or bmi more than 32.5 with obesity related complications Patients with compliance for long term follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 18 y or more than 65 Contraindications to bariatric surgery - severe gerd, multiorgan disease, substance abuse , cancer , etc Unwilling to givce consent
