Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All at risk pregnancies >=34 weeks POG with following Participants will be divided into two groups based on the risk factors that command continuous monitoring or relatively moderate risk permitting intermittent monitoring. Labor will be monitored by either of the two methods: 1.Group A: women who are ambulatory during labor either without electronic monitoring or with intermittent CTG monitoring. 2.Group B: women not ambulating in labor due to continuous CTG monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients on epidural analgesia 2.Patients reporting to labor room in advanced labor. 3.Those who are not willing to participate in labor.

To compare the effect of ambulation in high risk pregnancies on: a) All stages of labor and incidence of PPH b) Pain score and mode of delivery Timepoint: at the time of discharge
