Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Women posted for elective LSCS with singleton pregnancy of 39-41 weeks of gestation. • Weight between 45-80 kgs. • Height between 145-175 cms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients with allergy or hypersensitivity to phenylephrine. • Patients with contraindication for spinal anaesthesia • Parturients with obstetric complications like pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH), obesity, pre-existing hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases and gestational diabetes. • Evidence of foetal anomalies.
