Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients between the age 18 years to 50 years. 2. The patientââ?¬•s blood pressure level should be in between. ââ?¬Â¢ Systolic blood pressure- 120-139 mm of Hg. ââ?¬Â¢ Diastolic blood pressure-80-89 mm of Hg. 1. Patient willing to be registered for study with written consent. 2. Patient having BMI less than 30 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below the age of 18 years and above 50 years. 2. Patient having BMI more than 30kg/m2. 3. Known case of any severe systemic illness like Tuberculosis, Cardiac disease, renal disease, Liver disease and any Malignancy. 4. Patient having severe psychiatric illness. 5. Patient those are already taking any anti- Hypertensive drug. 6. Patients not willing for written consent 7. Pregnant and lactating women.
