Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all pregnancies with singleton fetus with cephalic presentation over 37 weeks of gestation , with reactive fetal heart rate pattern and unfavourable cervix or unfavourable Bishops score with no contraindication for vaginal delivery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: previous LSCS or any uterine surgery, malpresentations, grandmultiparity abnormal fetal heart rate patterns allergy to prostaglandins
