Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with physical status I-II scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia with duration of surgery 1-3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurosurgical procedures patients with significant cardiopulmonary disease,hepatic or renal dysfunction,endocrinal disturbances,drug allergy,pregnancy,anticipated difficult airway,BMI more than 30
