Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation as part of general anaesthesia enrolled at MGMCRI will form the study population

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway who have been identified during routine Pre- Anaesthetic Check. 2.Patients with increased risk of pulmonary aspiration i.e. patients with gravid uterus or with inadequate Nil Per Oral status prior to surgery.
