Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those cases fulfilling the International Headache Society, diagnostic criteria for Migraine. 2. Patients of both sexes will be included in the study. 3. Patients of 20-50 years of age groups of various socioeconomic groups will be included. 4. Patient without any other systemic diseases. 5. Patient giving written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. That doesnâ??t fulfill the International Headache Society, diagnostic criteria for Migraine. 2. Cases with a serious complication of MIGRAINE. 3. Patients with Psychiatric diagnosis. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Malignancy cases. 6. Recent major surgery. 7. Immunocompromised cases. 8. Patients requiring emergency medical care. 9. Patients who have participated in any other Research study in the last 6 months. 10. Those under other medications. Or using any other medicine during the study period.

Reduce attack frequency, severity, and duration of Migraine.Timepoint: 1. First follow-up will be on the 7th day of starting the treatment. 2. Second, follow-up and onward will be after 15 days and according to the need of the patient.

To know the possible effects of Prunus spinosa 30 CH in patients with migraine in usual care before and after treatment.Timepoint: 1. It will be assessed on first day of treatment after that first follow-up will be on the 7th day of starting the treatment. 2. Second, follow-up and onward will be after 15 days and according to the need of the patient.
