Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of more than or equal to 40 years age with visually obscuring cataract and preoperative astigmatism ranging from 1D to 3D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with traumatic, pediatric and complicated cataract 2. Corneal opacity, dystrophy or degeneration, pterygium 3. Previous history of glaucoma or glaucoma surgery. 4.Previous history of ocular surgery. 5. Known retinal or neuro-ophthalmic condition likely to affect visual outcome following cataract surgery.
