Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade I and II 2. Patient undergoing elective surgeries under General anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ââ?¬Â¢ Patientsââ?¬• refusal. ââ?¬Â¢ H/O allergy to any of the study drugs. ââ?¬Â¢ BMI >30 kg/m2. ââ?¬Â¢ ASA grades III, IV, V & emergency. ââ?¬Â¢ Patients with difficulty in mouth opening ââ?¬Â¢ Edentulous ââ?¬Â¢ Upper airway abnormality [oropharyngeal mass ,maxillofacial tumor, fracture etc.] ââ?¬Â¢ Macroglossia ââ?¬Â¢ Cystic hygroma ââ?¬Â¢ Pregnancy and breast feeding mothers ââ?¬Â¢ Recent head and neck surgeries

Study Variables : 1) Patient�s informed consent form 2)Age, sex, height, weight, BMI 3) Baseline Heart rate, Systolic, Diastolic and Mean blood pressure 4)Airway parameters : AASNI(line C/ Line A), SMD, MMT-s, CL to be recorded. AASNI: Acromio-axillo-suprasternal notch index SMD: Sternomental distance MMT-s: Modified Mallampati test in supine position CL: Cormack Lehane gradeTimepoint: Sternomental distance, Modified Mallampati test in supine position and Acromioaxillosuprasternal notch index will be recorded during pre-anaesthetic evaluation of airway. Cormack Lehane grade will be observed during intubation post induction
