Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of Nebulised Dexamethasone and Nebulised Budesonide in reducing the incidence and severity of Post Operative Sore Throat (POST).Timepoint: After extubation. 30 minutes after extubation. 1 hour after extubation. 1.5 hours after extubation. 2 hours after extubation. 4 hours after extubation. 6 hours after extubation. 12 hours after extubation. 24 hours after extubation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the glycemic alterations between two groups.Timepoint: Capillary Blood Glucose is measured preoperatively before nebulisation and 20 minutes after surgery.;To compare the perioperative hemodynamic parameters like Heart Rate, SBP, DBP, MAP between the two groups.Timepoint: Before Nebulisation. After Nebulisation. After Laryngo tracheal intubation and then these parameters will be observed at 1,2,3,5,10,20,30,45,60,70,90,120 minutes
