Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with uterine prolapse of any degree posted for vaginal hysterectomy will be recruited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: significant Spinal deformities, Coagulation abnormalities infection over lumbosacral spine allergy to local anaesthetics Symptomatic cardiovascular disease General contraindications to neuraxial anaesthesia
