Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women who undergo Single blastocyst frozen embryo transfer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with low quality embryo (a blastocyst score 2.Thin endometrial thickness i.e. <7 mm on day of progesterone administration.

| 1.Clinical Pregnancy rate inpatients with endometrial compaction compared to those without endometrial compaction. 2.Clinical pregnancy rate based on the degree of compaction. 3.Clinical pregnancy rate based on blood flow in the endometrial-subendometrial region in an IVF-ET program. (Clinical Pregnancy rate -defined as the presence of fetal heart beat at 6 weeks of pregnancy)Timepoint: 1.On Day2 of cycle ,patients will be started on hormonal therapy with Estrogen. 2.On Day 10,an USG measurement of Endometrial thickness will be performed. 3.On Day 14 ,Endometrial Thickness will be measured ,if7mm ,progesterone will be started. 4.On Day 5 after starting progesterone ,Embryo will be transferred. 5.on Day 14,post-embryo transfer BHCG will be reassessed to check for bio-chemical pregnancy. 6.TVS will be performed 6 weeks after Embryo-transfer to confirm Clinical Pregnancy. | — |
