Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA II 2.Age 18-45 years 3.Full term pregnancy undergoing elective or emergency caesarean section under subarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Language barrier 3.Illiterate patient 4.Known psychiatric illness 5.Patients on anti anxiety or antidepressant medications 6Bad obstetric history, complicated pregnancy or having congenital fetal anomaly
