Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pertrochanteric Fracture of femure of AO/OTA Classification 31A1.2/31A1.3/31A2.2/31A2.3, Age 50 years or more, Ambulatory without assisting devices before surgery, Patients who are mentally fit and willing for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Open Fractures Polytrauma patients Pathological Fractures Terminal illness and malignancy Bedridden prior to fall Unfit for surgery
