Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Adults of the age 18-45 years Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having history of any lower limb fractures /surgeries in the past 6 months Participants having history of any soft tissue injuries of the foot or ankle in the past 6 months Participants having any congenital/acquired deformities of the lower limb Participants having history of any Neurological disorder Participants having any foot infection

Body Mass Index Normalized Truncated Navicular HeightTimepoint: one time in research study of one year. The outcome measures will be assessed at baseline.
