Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients of smear positive fungal corneal ulcer and or demonstration of fungal hyphae in IVCM( In Vivo confocal microscopy ) 2 Size of ulcer more then 5 mm and stromal depth involvement more then 50 percent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with corneal thickness less then 400 µm 2 Evidence of concomitant infection with herpes or bacterial 3 No perception of light in affected eye 4 Age less than 18 years or more than 70 years 5 Patients who were unable to complete follow up 6 Perforated corneal ulcer , corneal melting or perforation resulting to surgical intervention (therapeutic keratoplasty), endophthalmitis 7 Not willing to participate 8 Not able to come for follow-up
