Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who have given written & informed consent. Clinically Diagnosed cases of Coccydynia Patients having chronicity between 3 months to 2 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 25 years and above the age of 50 years Bleeding Disorders Patients on Blood thinner medications Peri anal Conditions- fistula in ano, fissure in ano Pilonidal Cyst SI Joint Strain Osteoporotic Patients Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases Local Skin Infection Local Congenital Diseases Pregnant Woman Patients having uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. Immuno-compromised patients Co-morbid conditions Patients underwent any fresh surgery of low back of last 3 months. Thyroid and Para thyroid disorders

| To increase the spectrum of use of Agni Karma and Rakta Mokshana in pain management.Timepoint: Post treatment Follow up will be on 7th day of last sitting (29th day of treatment), then 15th day of 1st Follow up (43rd day of treatment), then 1 month after 2nd follow up (74th day of treatment) approximately 2½ months. Then 3 telephonic/OPD (whichever is feasible) follow up will be taken after 4th, 5th and 6th Month. | — |
