Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients presenting with undifferentiated chest pain to the Emergency department at Kasturba hospital, Manipal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ST Elevation seen in ECG, Pregnant women, Age < 18 years.

MeasureTime frame
To determine the accuracy of E-HEART score by incorporating point of care echo to the conventional HEART scoreTimepoint: At the time of presentation to Emergency department within 10 minutes E- HEART score will be calculated and risk stratified.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the sensitivity among different scoring system HEART, TIMI and E-HEART ScoresTimepoint: At the time of presentation to Emergency department within 10 minutes E- HEART score will be calculated and compared with HEART and TIMI Scores.—
