Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with maxillofacial fungal osteomyelitis ASA 1 and 2 patients and deemed fit for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with hematogical disorder Deemed medically unfit for surgery Patient who had undergone radiation therapy to the temporal region Any infection in or around temporalis muscle
