Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients newly diagnosed with SLE. Patients already diagnosed with SLE and on treatment. Patients with follow up visits with a maximum 6 month limit. Age more than 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without at least one follow-up. Patients with other autoimmune diseases.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
SLEDAI score and PGA are assessed for LLDAS. Sledai score assessment includes clinical and lab investigations and PGA score includes overall general assessment by physician and the outcome of the two including with ongoing treatment thereby assessing the severity of the disease activity.Timepoint: At base line.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the study helps in assessing the treatment and need for control of flaresTimepoint: At discharge,After 6 weeks.
