Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The minimum residual bone height of 4mm or more but not >8mm. and residual available bone width of minimum 5-6mm. 2.Healed sites[ minimum 3 months after extraction] 3.No active infection at the surgical sites

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with History of Maxillary sinusitis 2.Uncontrolled diabetics 3.Any systemic condition affecting wound healing and bone formation 4.Heavy smokers 5.Unrealistic expectations or psychological conditions.
