Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For parents- Parents of children with nephrotic syndrome Using smart phone Understand Hindi or English Willing to participate in the study For child- Age less than 12 years Had two or more relapses in last 6 months Willing to give assent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents of hospitalized children with nephrotic syndrome
