Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age more than 18 years with blood pressure under normal range and blood sugar levels within normal limit and without prior history of hypertension and diabetes and having BMI more than 23 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with age less than 18 years. Patients with history of hypertension or with high blood pressure. Patients with history of diabetes mellitus or people with fasting blood sugar levels of more than 126 mg /dl and Hba1c more than 6.5%. Patients with congenital renal and metabolic disorders. Known cases of chronic kidney disease Patients with acute kidney injury.
