Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having Sperm count Patient willing to give consent for participation in the Research study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age: below 21 years and above 50 years. Sex: Female patients. Disorder of sexual organ e.g. varicocele Patients with primary & secondary Azoospermia Patients with chronic diseases like uncontrolled hypertension, COPD, DM, CAD, Renal failure and hepatic dysfunction. Patients having any sexually transmitted disease. Known case of erectile dysfunction due to nerve damage e.g. trauma, surgery. Known case of male infertility due to mumps orchitis. Patients with HIV/AIDS.
