Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults 18 years and above. Duration of working hours on computer equal to or more than 5 hours/ day. Desktop , laptop users.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obese individual (BMI greater than or equal to 30) Subjects who have undergone surgery in the region of the neck ; upper back; chest; upper limb etc. Subjects with diagnosed neurological capsulitis, impingement syndrome, unstable shoulders. Subjects with congenital postural deformities like kyphosis , scoliosis. Computer users involved in field work.
